Hope you are having a good day. I bought a brand new union star 70cc motorbike today from a random shop in a market. The shop keeper assured me the bike is brand new but i just realized that one indicator is not working and the bike has that lock protected petrol switch which i guess doesn't come with brand new bikes or it does? and none of the keys are working for the petrol tank cap. There are a few more such little nuisances.
I just want to know that
1- Is it normal that brand new bikes may come with such little problems?
2- Is there a way to make sure that the bike is indeed zero meter?
3- Is there a way to check when this particular bike was manufactured/assembled?
4- The odomoter ( distance travelled tracker ) shows a number around 20k. is it meters or kilometers ( its not mentioned on the meter ) ?
