How to mod GTA Sanandreas on PC?

Plz tell me how to mod GTA Sanandreas on pc I have downloaded some mods from the internet and now what I do with these files to get new cars in the game?

Stop posting everything in Feedback section. It's only for suggestion related to Pakwheels. Moved to Non Wheels

It requires microsoft netframework I have also downloaded it but still its asking to download.What do I do?

then download ggmm(GTA GARAGE MOD MANAGER)

now open up the downloaded zip or rar archive of the car and unzip it.

there should be a .dff and a .txd and a read me file. Note the name of txd file. Copy ggmm(3 files) into ur gta sa folder

It says that follow the text instructions to install ggmm.It says to extract the archive file in the gta installation directory.How to do this?

can i install gta sa in my pc .. bcz i tried so many times but it is't work ..
here are the specification of my pc ..

                              Intel(R)
                        Pentium(R) 4 cpu 2.40 GHz
                        2.39 GHz, 512 MB of RAM

Now i've downloaded n unzipped a file the unzipped folder looks like this...

It must have a dff(in this case it is mesa.dff) a txd n a readme file..... like this one now note name of txd n dff.. e.g. Mesa in this case.....

now open up GGMM.exe file. it'll appear like this.....

Type name of txd or dff file u want to replace like i'm replacing mesa so i typed mesa in bottom left search bar.

Now the car will b seen rotating in front of u...

Click installer on top right as i did and after that click create backup......

we create back up so that we can restore stock car if we dont like newly added car.......

now after creating backup click on installer and then on Manual mod installer now a screen will appear like this.....

after it select ur dff and txd files from respective tabs. After selecting respective files it will look like this

Now open up the read me file given in the car package some lines will have been given there like this one....

Now select and copy lines given under handling.cfg like this

and paste it into ggmm infront of handling it'll look like this
