How to pay custom on NCP car

i have a few questions regarding the custom on non custom paid cars
1.how can we pay custom on a NCP car
2.how much time does it take to complete the process and get it registered?
3.can we drive the car as is before getting it custom cleared?
4.what will be the custom on a 2003 Honda Civic(equilant of vti oriel)?

my cousin Recently got CIVIC 98 for Rs. 260K NCP in Malakand. how to get it registered?

You cannot get it registered through any way! If customs ppl catch u with a NCP vehicle, they will impound it. After that they will either use it as their official car or they'll auction it. Currently, they have some 2003-2005 Civic's impounded. But they r using the good ones for themselves.

NCP cars are illegal to keep and drive and cannot be regularized unless you have the import documents, which are not available for cars in nothern areas, fata and balochistan.

At times the govt announces a date for regularization of such cars but that is a rare event and only for local residents.

You can get documents prepared for different rates from mere 10k to 100k but the fact is you might get computerized plates yet your car file will not have any custom clearing and import documents

two friends with a newer model prado (each) met in islamabad and incidently their registration numbers were same, both claiming their vehicle to be genuine. Last i heard was that seller in quetta has returned almost half of 4 or 5 mn he charged for the bogus file prado

pak assembled cars cant be NCP first ov all this has to be understood
secondly one can get his ncp vehicle as NCP REGISTERED(valid only in ncp zones like gilgit baltistan,fata,sawat),provided if he has import documents of vehicle(usualy ov afghan dryport)
if ur car is ncp registered than u can regualrise it after paying some tax provided if government announces any such decision(as it has been announced in gilgit baltistan)

i have seen import documents ov afghan custom dryport with many vehicles in skardu which are ncp registered becoz without those documents u cant get them ncp registered and here it is illegal to drive a car without ncp registration

i know the story
there is not a single way to get ur NCP reg
the one way to own it legally is
1.they caught ur car
2 file a case against ur car n they will win
3 then tey gv it in newspaper for auction
4 u attend that auction n gv highest bid for it
5 n after ayction u can get it registered to ur name
simple:)
i remember i attend custum aution once (where there office was in i 9 before shifting to g 12)
1 uncle type thing was there n his 93 indus was caught n auctioned
some people from pesh were also there n were interested in that rolla
but that uncle atleast bought his car back for 1150k :oyes 1150 plus reg car
but but but car was in mouth watering condition

may b the members from abbotbad know there is one 94 rolla roaming there with pesh num car is lowered n having very nice rims n boy is asking 1250 for that beauti

Suzuki & Toyota had taken STAY on this notification. So custom duty cannot be paid and NCP cars will remain illegal and they cannot be legalized.

The custom authorities say there is no stay as of today.

stay granted as of today. but it will be dismissed soon as the govt has decided to regularize the vehicles and gather as much money as they can
