I am about to buy a used car. My question is:
How do I pay for used car that I like. If I don't have a bank account in Pakistan, Can I make a demand draft via my Mother's account? Will seller accept it and transfer vehicle ownership to me?
Should I pay before vehicle is transfered over to me or after?
I'm really confused how to buy a used car in Pak. Need Directions on how to safely buy it or hire an expert to help me out.

he needs to provide documents necessary for transfer. getting transfer done is your own headache not his. like for example isb number car he needs to hand smart card+id card copy+biometric slip

You can have a payorder made in the name of seller. Seller would handover the car along with car documents and biometric receipt in your name.

Seller doesn't need to go for transfer. You will take car, car documents, biometric receipt and transfer form along with photocopies of both nic for transfer. Make sure token tax is paid otherwise you will have pay on spot.
