Wasted a lot of my time in cricket. 10 years to be exact. What I come to know is unless your are very good and just above normal you need some one at your back to get you to good level in Pak cricket.
I remember i had a friend good left hand fast bowler he was SP sahab ka puter and had good ties with Ramiz Raja still he was unable to make it to even the camp of the team to show his skills :p.
If you have wow skills phir tu theekh hai warna its a long strugle. Dont want to dissapoint you but its kinda tough. Your age says ur 28 so you cant even go for under 15 or under 19 or under 21 team selections 
Other way is to get into some department or regional team and start playing cricket in Pak if you perform well for one or two season i am sure you can be picked for better level.
