How to reach kumrat valley from lahore using local transport?

Hello everyone.. We want to visit kumrat valley. Can anyone guide me how to reach from lahore to kumrat.. In my research. Daewoo goes from lahore to swat or mingora... Then how to reach kumrat from mingora or swat i am not sure.. Can any one help me that how to reach and approx expense as well.. We are planing for 3 days tour.. Private Jeeps operate from Mingora / Batkhela / Tamergira to Kumrat from sunrise to sunset.
Take Daewoo upto Mingora then switch to Local Jeep for Kumrat it will be 12 /14 hours journey 1 way from Lahore its approx 750 km 1 way from Lahore- Batkhela (for jeep change) - Kumrat . not sure of fare after fuel price hike.

If u r not a family and boyses only, then rent the jeep on per seat basis. Wud be the cheapest solution.
Also pathans with 86 and 88 corolla (coz of their high ground clearances) take u there on per seat basis... dont assume they cant take u there... if they r offering good rate, just go with them.

lahore to timargarah bus service chalti hai bilal travel i guess wo pakrain.. aay agar ap ka group bara ha tu hiace rent karain puri aur direct tall kumrat puhanch jain.. agar grp chota hai tu local pakarain timargarah say dir wali aur dir say wapis jeep kara lain..

We are five friends.. Do you knkw the remt of jeep if we book jeep or tell me the approx fare per seat from dir to kumrat

They vary widely depending on season. But dont necessarily opt the jeep... roads are just reasonable enough for high ground clearance vans and cars to go also.
Jeep is gonna take 5000 atleast for a day + diesel charges on actual basis. So go for van, car etc.
