above is correct
just a sample calculation for the meter pictured above :
peak
units consumed = 45.23 (reading 4 in pic)
calculation = 45.23 x 18 (rate of peak unit) = 814.14
Off Peak
units consumed = 204.44 (reading 5 in pic)
calculation = 204.44 x 12.5 (rate of off peak unit ) = 2555.50
total cost of electricity = 814.14 + 2555.50 = 3369.64
applying taxes / duties
GST 17.5% = 3369.64 x 0.175 = 589.69
Excise duty = 20% of total units consumed = 249.67 (sum of peak and off peak units) x 0.2 = 48.94
NJ (neelum Jhelum) surcharge = 10% of total units consumed = 249.67 x 0.1 = 24.97
TV fee = 35
Meter rent = 25
Now add them all
3369.64 (cost of electricity) + 589.69 (GST) + 48.94 (ED) + 24.97 (NJ) + 35 (PTV) + 25 (Rent) = 4092.97
