How to read a digital electricity meter

Which picture out of these is showing single and cumulative MDI. And what is that number?

Ok, so i finally notes all the displays and there are around 18 of them out of which 15 have some readings. I am posting the ones with readings

See an answer by a member which helped me get the reading.
05 shows the peak time tariff A.There is written A in upper right corner.
06 shows the off peak time tariff B.There is written B in upper right corner.

And in all pics you can see RATE B written in left hand lower corner in front of ABC which means that "off peak time tariff B" is active as its day time.If you check this meter after 5 or 6 pm you will note that there will be written RATE A at that time.

There are many other parameters like voltage of all three phases,load etc are also shown in digital meters.ANd this kVarh is I guess for industrial or bulk use.Anyone correct if I am wrong.

Tag me if you still have not found a solution till evening. Dont have time right now but i do know the correct way of taking a reading after having dealt with 3, 3 phase meters in three different locations of pakistan with our beloved electricity staff for the past 6 years

Yesterday WAPDA installed meter for 100KvA transformer. They just used 3 CTs instead of 4. While they were supposed to make them 4. Would it affect billing? And would it damage meter or even transformer?
