How to reduce Fuel Pump Pressure Experts Please Help

Hi PW friends
**I am facing a problem as i want to use original electronic fuel pump that is mounted in fuel tank with carb. set up in a car but the problem is that the pressure is much than the carb. float to manage . is there any method that i can reduce the pressure.
*should i introduce a return line or reduce the pump speed by introducing a voltage drop ??. please help.

If you are using efi fuel pump in carburetor type vehicle then it will definitely causing for over flow,Otherwise your carburetor needs servicing.

one way is to use a resistor to drop the amps to it making it run slower. Not a very good solution but is a make shift.

its really a good idea. can i use a reservoir bottle in the fuel path with having one return path too...will it help
