How to reduce stiff ride of fortuner 2014

I have fortuner 2014,
120k on the clock.
Michelin 265/65 R17
facing very stiff ride even tyre pressure lower to 27 psi.
kindly guide me what to do for better comfortable ride.

when was the suspension bushes & shock absorbers changed to NEW
all rubber parts have a life and the shock absorbers wear out as well.
