How to remove car odors? HELP PLEASE

I did my general service but unfortunately the seats didn't dry off. They are still 25% wet. And now strong odor is building up. Kind of like fish or onion smell is coming from the seats.

PLEASE HELP!! How do I dry them? There is no sun now because of winters and fog.

Best way is to get a hair dryer and start drying them using that. Don't use the hair dryer on any leather portions because it will dry them out and leather tends to crack when it dries up.

Baking soda, put it in a small cup or a container at night in the car and leave it closed for overnight. That may work.

Unscrew 4 bolts and take out the seats for a day. Put in a room and switch on ceiling fan. That's one idea.

Use hair dryer. That's tedious.

I've tried Meguiars odor eliminator before and it works great.

I would suggest go back to the same service station and ask them to pull back seats and let the dry properly if its really 25% wet. because root cause is seats are wet so they need to be dry and then odor will be removed automatically. All other methods are just quick fixture and nothing else.
