Hi Everyone, i have a Car Honda City 2002, Need to Transfer on my name now.

Now the thing is The car is on 1st owner name with the Name HPA CITY Bank. i have the NOC in file mentioning the Clearance from Bank but its March 2018 NOC.

And i need the New book on my name without this HPA .

Additional information : Owner is not in Pakistan any more. Owner ID card is attached in File Photocopy. I have a complete file with me Attached with All Documents like ( Sale Receipt , Sale Certificate of Honda, Delivery Letter from Honda Shara e Faisal . Owner Documents Bank NOC letter of March and other related Documents)

Can anyone tell me the cost for it for Transfer and making new Book on my name and Clearance from HPA ? I am from karachi. please suggest . Thanks

Its not a big issue.. if last owner n.i.c is valid.then u can transfer it by an expert agent . NOC will remove the HPA and new book will issue on your name... New Book extra cost is 1500 according to agent.

I Paid the Tax when seller give me 24000 rs lol for 9 years. I cleared it some days back. Now tax is also Cleared and I need car on my own name with New Fresh Book Any idea for the Timeline of this ?

Last Owner NIC is Valid and not Expired. Will expire in 2020 but its a PhotoCopy

Capsat Bhai. i tried calling him between the time you shared but his number is Off for many months. now i got the funds to trasnfer it but his number off. i am thinking k Excise pe jo Agent hai kisi c b karlun kaam.

Dear All Finally i got the Excise Slip today of the car on my name, will get the Returned file and Book in Coming days. I got the SLIP mentioning my name and HPA is also cleared with new Book. I took my 22 k to get new book on my name with HPA cleared. please note Owner was not available and book was also misplaced and didn't had Owner Orignal ID card but Copy & letter of selling .
