How to remove "Lien" and Transfer Vehicle in your Name

I want to know what is the procedure to remove "Lien" and transfer vehicle in your name in Lahore. Do I have to visit excise office or NADRA e-convenience center? Is there any online website for this procedure? Please guide.
I have leased car through Askari Bank. Although, car has been registered in my name in excise department but it has been marked as "Lien" in excise records since it was leased through Askari Bank. I have now cleared all dues and Askari Bank has given me NOC to remove "Lien" and transfer vehicle in my name.

Today i have received NOC and looking the same to remove LIEN from car title. Will you please guide me the process if you have any information on this? Vehicle registration city is Lahore.

Just keep ur noc in file. New owner will easily transfer based on noc. No need to spend even a single penny if u are to keep the car. Just save the noc in ur file

Go to excise office with the noc and get the lien removed simple,there isnt any fee for it but a tout would take arnd 1000 for it

Does the person on whose name the car is needs to be present as I am the buyer in my case. Can anyone confirm, please?
