are you asking about speed limiter or rev limiter? my guess is that you are asking about rev limiter. well, you need a programmed chip or "IC" for your Engine Control Unit. Ask popular performance shops and they will gladly do that for you. Beware, a proper programming for the chip "HondaData" is required or you will end up with a blown circuit, wiring or the engine itself.

Just get a Apexi RSM and you will get over the rev and speed limiter.

almost all efi cars have limiters.

CNG has direct injection method so these cars no longer remain EFI, & hence, ECU is unable to perform engine & fuel cut at limit rpms.

That's all what I know, besides, I would be very much pleased to be educated on this.

Yes you are right, and the reason Ecu is unable to perform its limiting duties is coz of the emulator which is installed in Fuel Injected CNG. What the emulator does is fool the ECU into believing that the injectors are still operational. And Ecu controls fuel and air. Hence the car revs all the way.

But this does not mean it will not have speed governor. If it is equipped with one then the emulator would not be able to help.

ther are rev limiters in efi machines... but what about carby cars??? arent their any rev limiters.....??? mechanical rev limiters can work working on the centripetal force law.... like in the distributor any weight suspended .... it will rise due to increase centripetal force disconnects the ignition...possible?

Not all Carby's have it, only a very few. But only coz of the laws of the country rather then anything else.
