I've a car that i want to sell it. It's not in my name. I bought it from my employer last year in installments. The car however is actually not even in my employer's name but Modarba leasing company is the first owner. They gave an authority letter to my employer and employer gave an authority letter to me.
Since I've bought it so now i want to sell it. The car is 2017 model so 5 years have passed. Can i sell it directly to a prospective buyer or shall i first transfer the car in my name.
