How to sell my car while I am out of Pakistan?

I have a car registered on my name in 2020 from Lahore having Punjab number plate, I am planning to move to europe as my wife is studying there. I am not sure if I will be able to stay there for long time or not but I am wondering if there is chance to stay then is it possible that I can sell my when I am in Europe? My parents and brother will be in Pakistan so is it really possible that I can give them some type of power of attorney so that they can sell the car without any issues?

And if so then what is the process? Who do i best reach to fill up all the requirement before I go?

transfer the vehicle to your father's name. He can dispose off car when you plan not to return .
your car either way money or car, both will be safe.

Yes but i have to pay the transfer charges which make it seems point less if there is a way to do this without a transfer. Such as power of attorney

if biometrics are not involved you can sign a transfer letter without date / name and put in safe custody of your father. make sure you cnic has validity for the period when sale takes place.

Thanks for the advice. How do i know if biomentrics are involved or not. My car has been registered in 2020 in Punjab, Lahore. Any ideas?

it is easy call up help line of excise office and verify the procedure for transfer.
