How to stop cats from spraying and peeing on my car

Some cats are peeing and spraying on my car (mostly on the roof) which if left as it is in direct sunlight has etched stains on the paint. Sometimes the cats pee where the wiper blades are which makes that area smell absolutely disgusting and due to their excessive peeing my wiper motor went bad.

How do I stop cats from peeing on my car, is there any repellent?
Also can the etched stains be removed somehow? I tried using Turtle's compound by hand but it did no good.

Any advice will be appreciated.

contact a painter to have him professionally remove the stains, instead of doing it your self and damaging the paint, spend a little, less that 5k and have the stains sanded and polished

moreover, tie a dog near your car or keep a wet balnket on the car for a few day, keeping a wet blanket for long can cause rusting, so do it for a few days only
