How to stop minor leakage

There is a minor leakage in my Alto VXR radiator.its visible on left side of upper part of radiator(not in fins) .After 100km i have add about 50ml water.
is there any way to stop it without disassembling radiator?
I'm using caltax coolant and don't want to add "haldi" in it.i don't think depoxi steel can withstand on high temperature.

use head gaskit sealant solution..Apply it at night when u park the car and Insha-Allah subha tak woh dry ho kar paki ho chuki ho gi.
Marz zaida kharab honaye ki sorat mai qareebi machanic say rabta karein.

No it's not silicon.it's called head gaskit sealent.u can ask from any spare parts shop.u r right about epoxy it will not withstand the high temperature but this sealant can.

wont a small weld by the mechanic be a more long term solution.

well! according to mechenic welding is not possible without dissembling.i dissassebled it just 1 month before for reparing and lost the coolent.then bought caltex coolant (2 litter for Rs1200)again.i dont want to bought coolant again that's y I'm avoiding to disassemble it.also leakage is very minor so I'm looking for alternate solution.

get it repaired .. otherwise u will end up blowing up your head gaskit ..

forget about coolant it can be collected ... blowing up gaskit will cost u more along with hassels ..

ya have changed gasket once when my thermostat wall stuck.i think i have to spoil my Saturday:-(

it will cost u rs 100-125 i think.And 2ndly,i would suggest u to try this first if things didn't worked out as expected then u can go for radiator repair,and i dont think u'll blow the gaskit in just 2-3 days.

i know if water level become too low the car eventually become heat up and gasket will blow etc.current situation is after 1500Km the water level from reservoir water goes from full mark to minimum mark(about 180ml is leaked).Water level in radiator is still full.so its not that much serious.i know haldi will work(have experience:-)) but i don't know how it react with caltax coolant,i want to avoid any change in chemical characteristics of coolant.I'll try ur method first other wise i'll go for welding option.

yar in this way you are still wasting coolant through leakage. there are plugs under the radiator meant for draining the coolant, you can collect it in any clean container. i think the usage of any sealant will contaminate the coolant.

I don't think suzuki is generous enough to install coolant drainage plug in alto.
