How to take care after engine overhauling for Mehran

I recently got my Mehran engine overhauling after getting engine siezed. This is the first time I have bought a car and I need expert advice on
1. how to take care of my car engine in its current state to make it RAWAAN.
2. How many km will it require before it gets OK for regular full load use again?

1 - make sure its always used at normal operating temperature (normal temperature means engine at 85-95C and not dead cold)
2 - use proper oil filter and engine oil, use proper coolant in the cooling system
3 - make sure the PCV valve and breather are not bad.
4 - make sure the engine is in good tune (tappets set every 15,000 kms - ignition checked too)
5 - drive it normally like you would, dont baby it and dont formula 1 it.

Thanks Xulfiqar for your expert advice.
1. For normal temperature, I should keep the engine running for sometime before moving on. If you mean that, how many minutes normally I should do it?
3. I am not aware of PCV valve and breather. Can you post some picture and its location in the car and how can I ensure they are in good condition?

normal temperature is made sure by the thermostat valve, make sure it is in the engine, if not the engine will not warm up even after 100 kms.

The PCV in your engine is on the intake manifold where the Y shape pipe connects to the tappet cover, it should be clean and not stuck, remove and spray some carburettor cleaner in it.
