i think that person called u from a PCO and even if u manage to tace that pco it is of no use to you
yes its traceable... but only some of Govt Sectors can trace it.... so its very very difficult.... if you have links in govt sector... you might b able to get it traced.. otherwise not.

its most probably from some army PASCOMS number....they dont get traced
why do u want to trace anyways??if he was threatening u, u can call police, file FIR against him and they will trace it if required...I think FIA people can help....
When I used to call from HK, I used to hide caller ID and the callee's phone showed "Private Number". So, it might also be from an international number.
FYIIts completely UN traceable.....very rare chance if some special agency give u helpAny body is trying to call u through SKYPEor its a wrong call from out of countryor from Internet or from satellites used in ships industry

Every thing is traceable . Depends what the level of contact you have !Even when you skype, they can track you down to you but who will approach them to get this data ?
Private Number comes on CLI usually when u call from some calling card from a foriegn country..!! don't worry intelligence agencies are not behind u..!!
