How to transfer Islamabad registered car in Lahore?

Hi!

My car is registered in Islamabad and I live in Lahore. Now, I am selling it and not sure how can new owner get it transfer to his name since he lives in Lahore too.

I am aware of the whole process but not sure that from where can I get my car physical inspection in Lahore? Also, I can't find there helpline number.

The car is Suzuki Mehran VX 2016

There is no way around it, car travels to islamabad for car check. Another way is to pay an agent ane get it done

I contacted Excise Punjab today and they said that my car can be inspected from excise branches in Lahore from fareed court or DHA branch and asked me to contact Islamabad excise and ask same question.

When I contacted Islamabad excise they said that car will be inspected at Fareed Court Excise.

Yep, it was hard as hell. At first, I was trying to reach out Excise Islamabad but they didn't receive my call maybe because I was calling at 4-5pm.

Then next day I went to Excise Punjab website and saw there was a helpline number (0800 087 86). I call and then they told me that your car inspection can be done from Fareed Court or DHA excise but you have to confirm it from Islamabad Excise as well. They ask me to call on 1217 which is PTCL inquiry number and they gave me number 2 times and both number didn't exist lol.

So I went to Islamabad Excise again, and started calling at every number that was mention there. To my surprise they picked up the call since it was a landline number not helpline and told me that inspection will be held at Fareed Court not DHA.
