How to unlock an AT&T Iphone4?

AOA,
A cousin of mine has an AT&T iphone 4 running the version 4.3.1, the phone was on a contract whose 1 year is still remaining. Since the cousin is in Pakistan now, he wants to have it unlocked. He contacted AT&T for that but they are asking an equivalent of around PKR18000 and the local shops are quoting something from 7-12k for the job. So is there any other cheap alternative available?

it is almost same , 5k - 12k for unlocking

No cheap solution now , but it if is on old baseband then it can be unlocked via Gevey Sim

AT&T iPhone 4 can be unlocked using remote unlock method which is safe ,easy and also permanent unlock solution. You can get the remote unlock service for cheap price from online sites. There you have to give your Country and current network name along with your IMEI number to get the Remote Unlock Service.
