How to wire in an OBD2 port on 1NZ Charade?

No, no.
Between 0 to 5 volts.
Nothing will happen if you provide it sensor ground either. That wire reads voltages no provide.

Could I just tap with a fused live wire from the harness? I have a fused live wire but not sure what are connected to it.

For RPM signal, can I tap it to tach line of OBD2?

Yes use fused live wire.
Yes you can connect it to tacho. Look the wiring diagram i shared. That's how it is connected.
Potentiometer has 3 legs
Middle on goes to signal, left to ground and right to vc.

Batt only connects to ecu you can use it.
Yes this will work. Middle will always return 0 to 5v.
It doesn't matter if you provide left or right leg sensor ground or VC.
Middle will range from 0 to 5v

Would you happen to know the amperage of the fuse to use for the BATT? How about +B and +B2?

Look the diagram i shared
15amp single fuse for both +B, +B2 and Batt

As @hassan1991 mentioned, a 15amp one would suffice for all 12v sources. You can use the power source for both as one and put the fuse there. It would be live at all times, only the +B and +B2 will get the power when the relay is energized at ignition.

anyone had to bypass error code P0037. I have this recently when I scanned. I believe this error is for sensor after catalytic converter going to muffler, am I correct in my understanding for this? I currently don't have a catalytic converter and don't have this sensor (straight piped). I have a few questions

1) Anyone bypassed this already? I'm thinking f getting resistance values again and using a potentiometer/resistor.
2) Would there be problems if I do this?
3) Which one should the resistor sensor go to? Is it HT-oxygen sensor heating control or OX1A (OXL1) -input from the oxygen sensor?

You have single o2 ecu.
Do you have heated coil o2 relay installed?
