Howto set idle rpm on a efi car

this exact procedure was done two months ago and car was fine then, some work was done on the engine and the rpm was only slightly low, but recently the whole AC system was serviced and after that idle rpms really started to get low and the issue keeps getting worse more the car is driven

if the issue is only with Air Conditioning then coolant might be over charged.

can a bad PCV valve be the sole cause of this stalling issue? recently car also seems to have lost some power and runs hotter than normal

You can check the PCV for blockage. Remove it and observe if air is sucked through it with great pressure. The other way to check this valve is through engine oil cap. Remove it and place a tissue paper at opening. Now, observe if it is pulled inward. Make sure it does not fall inside. Well, this method may not work but you can try it.

I should remove the air hose connected to the valve and then see if it sucks with great pressure
If it sucks wi great pressure that means it's good ?

You mean refrigerant was overcharged ?
No the car still stalls with air conditioning off

Another bit of information is the car stalls and has erratic idle only when engine is hot, on a cold start it idles at 900 rpm however previously car on a cold start used to idle at 1500 room for a while before coming down to 900
I will check the PCV valve to tomorrow I still think it's the culprit for this issue? Exhaust gases built up when engine is warm and cause it to stall

You need to pull out the PCV valve leaving the hose connected to it. Start the engine and observe the pressure.

Yes, most likely and if car still stalls then you will have to get that Idle Air Control Sensor job done again. Anyway, that is not a difficult job and can easily be done with a small screw driver and by your own self.

checked the PCV valve today it was rattling, how pound should be the rattle? on cleaning nothing came out except a little oil, installed the lcv back problem is still there increased the rpm but it still isn't solved

by the way the with the air-conditioning on the rpm drops instead of rising why is that? mechanics says could be problem in the fuel pump or fuel lines, as the car gets hotter its performance seems to decrease and decrease
