Hp ProBook 4530s Battery

AOA dear pakwheels brothers, Ineed help battery of my laptop Hp 4530s died two days ago now it is powered by direct power supply cable only. now I want suggestion from you guys that from where should I buy new battery for my laptop is there any Hp authorised shop in lahore who keeps orignal hp battery or I have to go Hafeez center?

If Hafeez center is option then there is any specific trusted shop from where I can buy battery, I dont want to buy cheap copy battery.

In Hafeez Centre in the basement there is a dedicated battery shop. If you enter from the Pace's side, take the stairs down into the basement in the left most alley, and about 5 shops before the end you'll find this shop on your right.

They have both legit and copy batteries. Got one about 6 months ago for 1800 and its still going strong.

He is a trustworthy person and the good shop for buying hardwares but worst for their repairing service -_-

u probably got the copy...not original.

download battery bar or some similar software and see how many mW-hrs capacity it is. If its same as original, good. else its a "copy" (nothing there to copy, they just put lesser/smaller cells in there).

Also @OP , you can try and cut open your original battery and see what kind of cells are in there. If you can find those same kind of cells in market for cheap, just put those in and you have a DIY battery...I'm gonna try this once my battery completely dies out.

Only OEM copies available at the shop suggested by a member up there or anywhere in Hafeez Centre. They will do the job. Cost about Rs 2000. Try to get a 9 cell battery instead of a 6 cell one, as it will last longer.

The authentic battery will only be available from authorized HP dealer in Lahore. Cost around Rs 8000.

the copy will give you half or less than half battery time as compared to original...

Hafeez center basement - enter fm Pace side - shop name is Trade Links. Best place to get batteries, hard disks, RAM, keyboard replacements etc for laptops.

Got battery from trade links International in the basement as guided for 2000 rs with 4 months warranty. One can claim warranty if backup lasts less then 1 hour ,not charging or completely dead in these 4 months.

Yeah thats the copy battery. Well hafeez center valay all are very smart to do business with u guys. But is there no 9 cell battery available for ur probook?

hey guys, was searching for a laptop battery for my probook 4540s and ended up here. wanted to know how are the batteries doing now as its been 2 to 3 years of usage. any feedback about it?
