Hybird issue

Can any one please help me.
I have Toyota Aqua 2014 Model, 35000KM Milage.
I am facing problem in hybird, when I accelerate little bit my car converts immediately in engine Mode form EV mode.
Recently I have also tuned car from mechanic but no any impact applied, also I lost my average from 26 to 20. please any one who knows good mechanic in Karachi or can give advice so please.

yes, I have auction report, and I import my self this car, no meter reversed its genuine 35000K driven.
