Bro for gathering place beside Mirchi360's is great place to enjoy our cars with food! :), I remember we used to put screens there for cricket viewing, latest I dont know, and we should have bit of stickers and large banners of Pakwheels.com or something similar to show why we are gathered here. 3rd day of Eid is excellent for such gathering as most of them will be in Hyderabad.

Graet, another member also suggested that place but dont u we will be able to find parking over there? since its eid there would a lot of crowd over there

And for the the banners i have an idea we can make huge chart paper with pakwheels.com hyderabad chapter written on it and INSHALLAH i will distribute pakwheels sticker to each member who attends the gtg

And what abt the timings?

Yup bar b cue can be arranged. Yesh stickers and stuff would seperate us from usual crowd. People will love to see somethong new

I have another idea, how about we go for a slow drive by roaming on the popular roads of the city by moving in one lane and having the chart paper banner on our rear screen?

Maybe this creates some awareness and more peple attend the gtg next time we arrange it

Yup roaming is good. And for bar b cue we would need whole setup which i think should be kept for second gathering at first we should at least meet up. No panaflex just stickers and one banner would do.
