I have given the comments regarding few articles I have read. I like few and consider them as very good knowledge base. The last one, I simply love reading it. Off-course, hydrogen kit is possible but problems such as current needed to perform onboard electrolysis needs to be looked in it. See, don’t just jump onto the conclusion, raise valid question and if questions are un-valid then it becomes very difficult to satisfy everyone. I think, Mr Alam has time to scan each and every one of them. I am not here to win from any one or loose as that hardly matters to me but if I found the proof that we can do this with 10 -15 Amperes of current, I would surely highlight that to you. This claim is surely wrong that its not possible till the time someone is able to present a magical paper.

If you are modifying the car to run with hydrogen + fossil fuel then sensors have to be considered. Like oxygen sensor would think that there is less oxygen in exhaust so ECU will open more fuel which would spoil the mileage and benefit of running the car on Hydrogen will be gone. Author highlights the wrong comments from manufacturer such that you will get 30 to 70 % efficient engine with this alteration.

Good link which has all the research regarding HCNG and buses experiment on HCNG and CNG. With HCNG mileage may not improve but emissions will be far better than that of CNG.
