In india they do do not have civic or corolla at the moment , and the same 6th gen of elantra facelift is being sold for 19.95 inr which is around 43.6 lac pakistani rupees. But ofcourse they have side curtain airbags , leatherette seats,apple carplay,android auto and glivebox cooling(do we have glovebox cooling in pakistan elantra).

Are they displaying in sialkot dealership?

Keep in mind, Civic turbo is for 4.7m and Elantra is for 4.0m so its 7 lakh cheaper than Civic Turbo

Power of 1.8 aside, civic does have a really good drive, can the elantra match that? I'd say the drive of a car is equally important as the performance.

i think electric seats are over rated. seriously.... you need parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, CVT for mileage (this is not a sports car), collision alert...these are the things which upgrades a compact sedan. i really dont understand how the electric seats really helps in comforts. mechanical adjustments are far better.

Totally agreed to that but drive a civic x once and you understand why we cry about this basic feature.
They're extremely low and very very uncomfortable.
Grande on the other hand has mechanical seats too but they're really comfortable and nicely shaped.
Civics seats have weird foaming too.

I have driven Civic X as well as this 6th generation of Elantra pre facelift back in 2018 and I can tell you that Civic is more refined with better road handling and dynamics. You will feel more confident on curves being in Civic. Again I m sharing my opinion about USDM.

I would love to hear what you guys feel when you test drive Elantra and compare it with Civic. Obviously a 2L Elantra vs 1.8L Civic.

OK so, I have asked someone about the infotainment system, it has no capability of android auto or carplay or mirror link. Its just a basic double Din headunit.

Again someone need to confirm. If it's not there.. means many people will go for an aftermarket unit , which obviously will provide all functionality BUT void warranty.

Blue link is connected car service and paid subscription service .. the blue link compatible headunit in Hyundai have a built in navigation. NO it's not available on PKDM Elantra

Here is official fuel economy numbers for 2L MPI Elantra on Australian fuel cycle. Just for an idea. First these numbers are always under certain conditions and parameters and real numbers are always lower.

So, if we keep these numbers just as benchmark, it will give you an idea what we might get. Obviously, we will see lower numbers per liter. Test combine is 7.4L/100 means around 13.5 kilometers per liter. I think we might see combined number around 10 or 11 max.

Maybe the next gen Corolla and Civic come with 2 litre NA engine as well. They will obviously be more expensive, but will be on a modern platform.

So this vehicle, if it turns out to be a decent drive might be a good buy in the long run.

I can expect Hyundai to increase prices as soon as newer versions of Corolla and Civic are on the market, but they might increase prices as early as tomorrow !

Those are Direct Injection (DI) engines. Thanks to our local fuel quality, it'll be a big risk.

This headunit feels like the same one on pkdm Sportage with just a little bit of blue colour otherwise the menu and everything is the same as Sportage

Kar lo ab prices increase dil khol ke kar lo, hum to bikes liye hain to try something different. Sub out of range hai... happy with my Corolla 11 xli

I agree, civic drive is better but Elantra drive must be better than corolla as its more planted and have lower stance than Corolla.
