Then when one rides the bike he feels the world of difference between a Honda and Suzuki, their engines are just more powerful and somehow the bike is extremely refined and vibration free. Behold, the customer is lured to the brand 'SUZUKI', even if the price is unjustified.
Key takeaway: provide us features and quality and charge a lot for it. But splut that payment over years, let the customer get a taste of that comfort immediately... and he will stay loyal to your brand. I believe it is a must for any new entrant
