Certainly MG being an imported car has much better quality and gives an overall much better and luxurious feel even though it is Chinese it does break the stereotype that everything made in China is cheap
Both HS and ZS are fantastic cars

i am saying interms of sales (altough tucson has more road presence) .... how can you compare a vehicle which can be easily just imported vs a vehicle which has to be locally produced?

Well you Tucson should be more in road presence being local assembled and a car that was released 6 months before Hs although I have personally seen more Hs
Tucson should be the car that should be more easily available then an imported car as it’s locally manufactured that is the point an imported car also takes time to be brought to the customer it’s not really ready delivery is it

Take local HS out of the equation we haven’t got it yet I’m saying if Sportage can be delivered at the same time as an HS then why is Tucson having such a long waiting time

its because lucky group was helped by KIA in setting up the plant because they have 30% shares in it. Where as nishat group is on its own and has just the licesnce of hyundai to make cars here plus while setting up the plant covid hit them badly and many things have to be delayed. Where as KIA lucky was already rolling out sporatges. So these things happen in local production.

Producing a car locally is much more tougher than importing a whole car. So you can’t compare both in terms of sales. Still i see more Tucson than HS atleast in Lhr and FSD

Still Kia is just producing cars out of imported parts whereas Hyundai is locally making some parts one would expect them to role out cars faster especially because of COVID Kia’s part import should have been affected a lot yet still they are giving lesser delivery times

You first blame it on imported parts and now local parts the thing is aren’t imported parts harder to source then local parts in COVID so how come a Sportage that is completely made of imported parts is delivered faster then a Tucson

That too with stable sticker price [ NO increase in Sportage pricing ].

Lucky motors have established a local parts plant in their factory which will start making localized parts sometime this year which includes, plastic and rubber parts at strat. More items will be added ALTHOUGH the major components like engine , transmission and other electrical will still amoebas an import.

Lol bro its you who are bringing local parts plus these are not 100% local parts hyundai and other import most of their parts. They all are delayed due to covid.

Suzuki giving Alto delivery in 45 days but there is 5 months waiting time on Cultus why? Because of Covid

KIA giving three months waiting on Sportage but why there is 5 months waiting time on Picanto? Because of covid

If one is giving early delivery and other giving late delivery doesn’t mean that both are not affected with Covid.

Every manufacturer is facing late delivery due to covid. Some in whole plant and some in few product lines.

I was just comparing the cars of the same class brother I know not every car is Facing difficulties but they should really try to cope with the shortage and deliver the cars as quickly as possible as this low production and unavailability of parts has always been the case for Hyundai since their launch in august when there weren’t many delays in deliveries of cars

I was skeptical about rear of Elantra but in person it looks way much better. I find Elantra better looking than Grande
