Asalamoalikum Every One Mai nay Hyundai D Ground Fasilabad say Elantra booked karwae thi full payment par 29/12/2021 ko or march ki delivery hai ab car ki price FED lagnay k bad or wasay price increase hui hai jo k 4 lac hai ab Hyundai walay mujh Force kr rahy k 4 lac ka price difference pay karyn kindly koi expert hai jo guide kr sakhty jab book karwae thi tab unho nay kaha tha k agar FED baree toh wo tax increase dayna hoga or agar car price baree toh wo applicable nhi jo ga hum par but ab wo 4 lac demand kr rahy kindly expert koi guide karay

the customer has to pay applicable govt taxes, whatever is the amount at time of delivery or upon intimation from manufacturer.

Break up of such applicable govt taxes are mentioned over the official invoice, adjustable in the annual tax return of buyer. - Unless it is purchased under undocumented premium 3rd party invoice.

there is no shortcut to avoid such govt tax.

any tax slapped by the govt has to be paid by the buyer, as end user upon delivery or demanded by OEM. For which invoice holder can claim adjustment in the annual tax return. PERIOD

Aray bhai jo tax laga wo pay kr rahy hain but jo car k alag say price increase ki unho nay jo k suneel munj sab nay bhi bola masala us price increase ka hai fed to jitni banti wo dayni hi paray ge

sir if you are not happy with the price, cancel the order and process for refund. Look for something better in that price bracket.

every manufacturer apply for approximate price increment with Govt of Pakistan through BOI based upon a). Currency Disparity b). Govt Taxes.

Keep track next change in vehicle price structure will be after March 15th 2022.

Unfortunately you'll have to pay the full price change.
The price change for deliveries with date till February were only given a bit of relaxation where they have to pay only 98k tax change.
People with delivery month - March onwards would be paying full change.

I don't know how they came to this conclusion, but seeing your booking this definitely seems cruel and unjustified.

right now the request for price review of new comers by the BOI under min. of industries is over back burner. Everyone is focused upon staying 'INHOUSE'.

lets' hope every booked car ready for delivery in next 21 days is delivered without any price change.

till such time vehicle is driven out of showroom, documents are signed, invoice & delivery challan handed over, price increment has to be paid by the buyer. It does not make any difference when it was booked and how much was paid at the time of booking.
