Hyundai Santro Blower/AC Switch Disassembly and change of bulb

Hello PWs! Hyundai santro blower or A/C switch has a bulb in it which switch on with dimmer light and in most of cars it burs out without any reason.

I had same problem and i replace the bulb my self..Here it is.

Lift the three clips on back with small screw driver, Make sure not to break them if you handle with care. and you will separate the back piece connector.

After separating the back connector you will see two small holes on each side of switch marked in pic with RED arrow.
Insert small screw driver in it to press the clips in it and release the front piece.

My santro defogger bulb was also fused and i bought it in Rs 20. and the price of this bulb is RS 3 only.

I checked hyundai sajjad motors even and they told to replace the switch as it is a risk to open it...Also said same by local electricians..No body in market was ready to open the switch at his own risk..

when you do work on the plastic switch - make sure you are not in a cold room. The hotter the better.

LED Is Blown Or The Bulb....!! ???

These Bulbs Mostly Got Blown And Are Quiet Sensitive ......Cause Is High Voltage ....!!

LED With Resistor Works Best Compared To These Bulbs............!!

Bulb was blown..LED was fine..

This switch doesnt have space for led and resistor.

When you open the center panel of dashboard, there are two push clips on back side of switch..Pressing them will release the switch, but first remove the connector grip..

I have santro 2004 and today i notes that ac switch wire grip are hot when i had on the ac. Electrician told men its is due to blower motor bush are jam. Both blower are working properly and also no sound in it.
