Hyundai Santro Club under 4 Lakhs

i am planning to buy my first car in near future,, I have budget around 4 Lakhs. According to PW user reviews. it is best 1000cc hatchback car. Many of non Santro owner saying don't go for this because of expensive spare parts, lack of its mechanics and no more existence of Hyundai motors in Pakistan. .and suggesting me Mehran , Khyber, Cultus and Alto .

while searching on PW and OLX in Islamabad and Rawalpindi filters , I found few ads mentioning no work required, Clean car etc, Model are mostly 2001-2005..

I want to know

Is it possible that find clean and no work required car under this budget?
How much expensive its parts as compare to Cultus and alto. 50% or 100% ?
what would be average maintenance cost for Santro club if model is 12-15 years old other than fuel?
Where are few shops where i can buy its spare parts and where are the Santro mechanics in RWP/ISB?
Is it affordable car if a person can spare 5 thousands monthly ?

I rate it above cultus as i kept both 0 meters till 100000 kms plus..... back to back cultus have more technical issues as compare to santro apart from likening and dislikening asthetically..... The AC, the suspension, the ride comfort the seat comfort, pick-up, power, smoothness all are above cultus.

But i guess you will find a gud car between 450 to 500K. and try to search for 2005 to 2008 ones.

My dad bought a zero meter santro in 2003. He also bought a zero meter mehran in 2005. Santro still runs very smoothly. Did not give us much trouble. On the other hand, mehran gave us a lot of problems.
