I have bought some time ago from sadar Imran autos you can check in Azhar shaheed market, dont go for kabli one, socks rear were for Rs, 1600 both, and rear springs for 1500, and front gas shocks were for 3600 or so, dont remember and the front coils were not change, and the ride is like new. dont go for kabli may be it is repaired, it is better to have good stuff at the first place later changing again will cost you more.

I'm having a slight problem.... When i turn the AC ON, the RPM drops on CNG (on petrol, the engine RPM increases)... Thus the idling is quite rough when the AC is ON with CNG not with petrol.... Any suggestions..??

PW again in problem with 2006 Hyundai Santro Club GV.

Radiator recently got cleaned, Fins opened, added 1Litre OSAKA Coolant (Many people say there is no use of coolant), Radiator Fan direct and changed Radiator cap as well. Today drove car for ~ 30mins in city and when came back home, switched off engine i heard water boiling sound in coolant bottle. What could be the problem now? Radiator water levels drops as well. Though i didn't notice any dripping water from Radiator.
AC Problem. A month back AC got serviced, Gas topped up. But AC works only when car is moving. At idle like on signals AC doesn't work. AC trips after every 4 - 5 seconds. I'm sick of this problem. My car's condenser is welded from six different places.
Petrol Mileage. I recently cleaned my car's MAP sensor with WD40. In city, Santro is giving me ~ 50kms in 5 litres w/ AC running. I'm sick of this problem as well. Even my Mercedes Benz E430's bloody V8 4300CC gives me 10km in City.

I'm sick of this piece of **** by Deewan Motors. Every week i have to spend money on this junk to keep it running on road. I got this car 2nd hand in 2010 June and almost spent 50,000 till now. Please Please Please Help ME :-(. . .

welcome me to santro club...i bought 2008 model santro exec GV yesterday..
it has some problem with its cng sensor...its blinking all the time..mechanic says it the problem of CNG guage which would cost 2500...anyone here to help me and guide me?

A common problem with GV santro. U have to open the gas guage that should be on CNG kit. Under it there will be a neodymium magnetic with a plastic housing! most probably that plastic housing would have cracked. (the needle wouldnt be spinning by the gas pressure valve.). For that simply use elfy to fix the crack. The magnet should not spin freely between the plastic housing so hold it firmly while applying elfy.
If its not cracked, then move the needle with ur finger to see if the plastic housing rotates with it. If it does then all u have to do i re-calibrate it. Which means burn all of ur cng in your car cylinder. Open the guage, set the needle on zero and ull be good to go.

If the radiator is old and rusty, then the coolent will probably cause it to leak (because of the anti-rust properties of coolent) so check the car by starting it and looking for the leak which most probably will be on the underside of the radiator. And U shouldnt have gone for the direct radiator fan.

On AC ur radiator fan should turn on and remain on all the time. Get a proper tune-up of ur car for the AC tripping issue, and all check the cabin sensor.

The only thing which i can think of is that u hv got an already troubled car. Because my santro has not given me any prob since the day i bought it. Just do the regular maintenance and it wont cause any prob.
