My question is, Is Hyundai Santro a good buy in 2020?
My budget is around 6lac.
or are there any other good alternatives you guys can suggest in this budget?

Yes its fine if you're getting in good condition.

Advantage of Santro over cultus:
good seating height, comfortable front seat
better quality interior
better ac

Advantage of cultus over santro:
widely mechanical support
cheaper spares and parts
roomier back seat
lower height=more stability
