Our Sonata 2.5 Fuel Average is from 7-10 from normal driving on eco/comfort modeis this normal?
This does not seem to be normal. On light foot, 2.5 easily gives around 12 in city and 15 on highway. The average drops to 8-9 if you push the car real hard.
How did you get the limp mode fixed?
WS. Its okay for driving in traffic, idling or flooring.
Not in the conditions I usually drive in. Which city are you from? Pushing it hard puts the average below what you've quoted (in my experience)
Im from Lahore. Yeah, the average sometimes drops to even 7 but that's only if you're doing very hard pulls in city traffic every time you step on the pedal. Most people dont drive like that though so their average remains kinda normal.
If you are driving in Lahore between 6pm to 7 30pm, I dont expect you to get more considering the traffic conditions, or if you are making short trips. Only a hybrid can deliver you some peace here, if this is the case.

What is the price of the air filter, oil filter and the cabin AC filter for 2.5 Sonata these days? Has anyone got it changed recently ?
Air filter is for 5300 in open marketAt the dealer it must be at least 10K
Average service (oil change+ oil filter+ miscellaneous) costs around 20K
Limp mode seems to be solved nowThey have started servicing the throttle body after every 5K km now
How much does dealer charge for throttle body service?

Hello, i just got sonata 2.5. Not happy with the tyres. They are noisy and also hard. Should i go for yokohama advan DB ? Which size 235/45 (original size) or 245/45. Also can anyone suggest an authorised dealer in lahore who can buy the prelli P zeros at a good rate. I called islamabad they buy it at 100k whereas in lahore its 50k
