As all of you know that Hyundai STARIA has been launched in Pakistan in four variants. The CBU vehicle are open for bookings with delivery time of 3-6 months. With four variants, you guys must have a lot of questions about their specs and features, hence, we are here with the comparison of these four variants.
It is pertinent to mention that 3.5L (base variant) and 2.2D (diesel) variants only have engine and transmission difference. So, we will compare the 3.5L (HGS) with the other three. We hope that this will be helpful for you in understanding the new vehicle.
Engine and Transmission
Both top-of-the-line HGS and base variant come with 3.5L Smartstream G3 engine, generating 272hp and 331Nm Torque. The top variant is mated with 8-Speed Automatic (Shift by wire) transmission, while the 3.5L base one has simple 8-Speed Auto one. In comparison the other two come with 2.2D Diesel Euro II engine with 177hp and 430Nm of torque and mated with 6-Speed manual transmission. It means, petrol engine produces more horsepower, while
Furthermore, all variants have Front Wheel Drive (FWD) drivetrain and four driving modes, i.e., Eco, Sports, Normal and Smart.
Exterior
AGS has LED (Multi FMR) headlights with LED DRLs, while the other three have Halogen (2MFR) headlamps with Bulb DRLs. Meanwhile, all four have Electrically Adjustable and Retractable Side View Mirrors with Turn Signals.
The top of the line variant has 18-inch Alloy Wheels against 17-inch Steel Wheels with Half Size Wheel Cover in other three.
Interior
The seats in HGS have Artificial Leather, while the other three come with Fabric ones. The three base variants have 3.8-inch Mono TFT LCD as Audio System, while HGS has 8-inch Infotainment System and 10.25-inch TFT LCD.
The AC in top-of-the-line is Dual Zone Auto compared to Dual Zone Manual in three base variants. Meanwhile, the Tail Gate and Sliding Doors in HGS are Dual Power, while they are manual in the others.
The additional features in HGS are Dual Sunroof, Paddle Shifters, Wireless Charging, and Heated and Ventilated Seats in first row.
Safety
Hyundai STARIA HGS has 6 Airbags compared to 2 each in the other three. The other safety features in the top variant are Blind View Monitoring, Surround View Monitoring, Icy Road Warning.
Meanwhile, all four variants have ABD + EBD, Brake Assist (BA), Electric Stability Control (ESC) and Hill-start Assist Control (HAC).
Price
The top variant costs Rs. 9,299,000, while the price of STARIA 3.5L (base variant) is Rs.
7,199,000 . And the rate of 2.2D Automatic is Rs. 7,749,000 and last but least, you can buy 2.2D Manual in Rs. 7,349,000.
