Tucson hybrid is being launched. The awaited price again seems like near the sportage-L as per the indonesian market

Even the D segment santafe is cheaper in Indonesia which goes to show it can easily cross the santa fe base price for hybrid. But the only hope is that the non hybrid makes sense.

taking some numbers form the indonesian market which is pretty close to our prices historically, looks like tucson FWD model can be placed at 11 million. Here are the snapshots from indonesian market.

Honda vicic RS is 10 million in indonesia.

Tucson is 11 million but with the panoramic roof and all ADAS features.

Hyunda Nishat has the perfect chance to destroy kia who has earlier made blunders with sorento and stonic with wrong pricing and force roll back to discouts worth millions because of bad sales. Not to mention the single verion peugeot is another fail in its segment.

Amazing job by nishat!! They did exactly what Kia could have and hence, should have done. Undercutting the H6 HEV while Keeping the features intact is brilliant!

BUT it's necessary for them to hold on to this price. I don't know why they don't understand this but this "introductory price" mantra really damages brand image.

i really dont think it will change much. they jsut want to build on the orders......they must not forget that they reduced santafe prices as well.
