it is wrong because the dealer is making people wait for 8 months just because they want to make money from own and create artificial demand - supply gap... who will pay you 3 lac own if the dealer gives car in 30 days???

you are benefiting from own system but real culprits are the ones who create these conditions and sell dozens of cars and make money... not someone like you who is waiting for 8 months to make 2-3 lac rupees... individuals like you don't count...

I just read all comments regarding “OWN” culture, this is definitely a curse, In Hyundai case here Hyundai management is attached with this curse with more greed because my brothers! What can you expect from typically a saith (سیٹھ) mind set of Mian Mansha. Think that. Always remember one thing, All the dealerships either it’s KIA or Hyundai are deeply involved in “OWN” they are responsible to promote this culture. They are bigger robbers in comparison with Honda, Toyota. In case of Tucson, they proved them self most greedy auto manufacturers. They dont have any check and balance or monitoring system for the dealership.
BTW all people who had experience of dealing with Nishat Group and MCB definitely will never ever go towards Tucson because they know management behaviour.

For Islamabad they are delivering in Sep 21 if you book now and you have to pay Rs.1.5 million on booking.

Although we will deviate from topic but to clarify own culture exist everywhere in pakistan even in eatable products like common vegetables and fruits reason being no business activity or service class is thriving in pakistan due to which people historically have invested heavily in real estate , houses , car manufacturing etc as its very hard to earn money in pakistan without issue and such kind of opportunities like corolla booking , civic booking give them neat and hassel free return .

As long as we start addressing our economy from macro perspective such issues in day to day commodoities will continue , its not an administrative issue rather than government failing miserably in order to spend and generate revenue plus attract investment.

same will happen here.. market will get saturated with so many options and variants.. some cars might even lose money after people learn about problems.. remember Honda 1.5 turbo??? people lost money..

let others buy and generate enough data and experience.. then you decide which one is best in pakistani conditions..

Booking is closed atleast thats what I heard from their display in emporium lahore.

The Saith behind Tucson is a crook. This image of his is compelling me not to go for Tucson although I like it better than Sportage.

I did the same, Tucson shape was very attractive for me, but I did wise decision and got Sportage. Now I am very happy with it.Now Sportage looks more attractive to me.
