right on, buying 6 million rupees machine requires good service and support workshops... if one thinks oh.. it's a new machine, what can go wrong- they should get themselves ready to see surprises!

cars.. machines.. require service and maintenance... so quality workshops with good manpower and equipment matters... in other parts of the world people don't buy a machine if there is no service center to maintain it.

yes, it's bad thing, but what to do when people are willing to pay such money to get early delivery of car?
i thought- now with so many car options, people will have good experience to buy.. but we end up with same result..

this price range 40 lac -- to -- 60 lac space has been open to grab and all new cars are targeting this bracket... we don't want to pay 45 lac for civic or corolla that we used to pay 25 lac 3 years ago

Turbo, interference engines with timing belts. This can be a good business opportunity. Learn or improve your engine overhauling skills and turbos. There will be a lot of people looking for workshops/technicians with such skill set in not so distant future.

i think it's not necessary that "own payer" has "haraam ki qamayee"... there is another logic in Pakistan... prices go up so quickly that even if you pay 3lac today, after 1 year price of this car will be way above this... hence you are getting a good deal..

if you buy 45lac car for 50lac and past history shows this 45lac car will be 60lac in 1 year... why not pay some more and get early delivery and you are sure to not lose money?

i think it's okay if owner makes money from own after waiting... masla mere bhai kuch or hey...

these dealers... dealerships... they are suppose to give you car.. help you get a car.. but they are also in this "OWN BUSINESS" for example i called a hyundai dealer and asked for tuscon and he said if i pay him 3 lac, he can give me march delivery... if i don't pay him this 3 lac OWN MONEY.. i will get car in August!! why dealer make this 3 lac money?

i told this dealer salesman... NO.. i will not pay you own money..! you should get me car as normal service..

dealers... ye log khudi game kertey hey own ki... if.. we all agree to not pay OWN... then this OWN MAFIA will be discouraged...

Own is totally wrong. It is hoarding.
You get the slot of a potential buyer. By creating artificial shortage, the potential buyer has to pay the OWN for getting car earlier as many hoarders have already booked the slots and his genuine slot is no where near.

How do you take it if it's a medicine. Someone hoards all the medicine and you have no other choice but to buy on hoarder's price.

yes, good explanation.. this dealer corruption sells you another persons "Haqq" to get "rishwat" to give you quicker delivery... we are sick of this dealer game.. and our jazbati awam pays money to support this game
