Bro they are on these crossovers are on the rise all over the world they have become the new trend now
Plus they are not ugly at all at least IMO and have been a hit
Tucson isn't ugly.
And come out of your ancient cave.
Agreed aise log kabhi corolla civic se hi bahir ni nikle
I think all of these small suv are quite good looking Sportage Tucson MG proton X70 glory 580 pro
the only drawback i can see in Tucson is its ugly screen, rest exterior and interior both are good. Though, steering part is better in Sportage.
Yeah the screen is very ugly looking otherwise Tucson is better then Sportage in terms of looks
Consumer reports doesn't agree with you.
Sales numbers also don't coincide with consumer report .. As consumers report is a US entity, none of Kia or Hyundai model in US are in top 3 in any of the segment they compete , even being cheaper and more equipped in most of the cases..
Yes because Corolla's and civics come with a proven history of reliability. I trust them. Don't want my engine imploding or having a rod become shrapnel in the engine bay.
As I've said earlier, sales are more an indicator of brand image. Same cars do a lot better in Europe and Australia when it comes to sales.
Last year in the UK, Kia was knocking at Toyota's door but Covid derailed that momentum this year. Who know's what comes next
Oh and Honda is done in Britain and will be packing up Swindon
But you agree China and US sales figuers are any brands major market share and the most important market. UK entire new car sale is approx 10% of US or China new vehicle sales.
Again, I don't disagree with your opinion.
By the way, that list don't show the ICONIC BRITISH BRAND, the MG .OMG
Saic is more popular in China I believe
Indeed they do, I just disagree with using that as a metric for judging a vehicle.
Tucson and Sportage are way more popular in Europe than the likes of CRV, in fact European reviewers keep trashing the Japanese cars a lot because they're used to very differently thought out cars with European brands. Things completely change in US where the Japanese from the start built an image around reliability while the Koreans built an image around being cheap and that's stuck with them till now despite improving hugely. Sales figures are more a function of brand power than anything else.
Civics arenโt that reliable too you know remember steering rack issue turbos engine issue building quality issues
Not yet but it's rising super fast in UK, the MG brand plus the value for money proposition is working for them
https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/353974/mg-and-tesla-were-only-car-makers-increase-sales-last-year
It's because MG is cheap. Cheaper than all trusted brands.
Here MG should also be offering cheap cars.
ZS isn't worth more than 3 million.
HS not more than 3.5-4million.
As per import duties it's a cheappppp car of around 11-12k usd.
Where Tiguan stands ?..
VW is of course the top volume puller in Europe but that's what I am saying, the brand name matters a lot. VW does very meh numbers in the US even if Audi and Porsche brands do good. General Motors sells a crap ton of cars in the US but has had to pull out of majority of markets outside the US due to failures.
