I am Buying GPS Device from Amazon PLEASE HELP ME!

I am looking to buy a GPS device from Amazon. Have done some research and as I will be using pkmaps so garmin nuvi is the one which will be workable so i found these two options please tell me is it the right deal to go for? if not then which one should i go for? and while purchasing from amazon what things i need to be aware of and take care of, which shipping option i should select. Please please please my fellow pakwheelers help me out i am damn confused now.

How is the amazon shipping for karachi pakistan? do i have to worry about it? should i go for normal medium or priority?

Go for priority and also see if you can put insurance on it. About the product being shipped to Karachi, you will have to check with details provided by the seller.

product seller is amazon.com itself and its shipping to pakistan as priority for 40$ and it ships in 3 to 5 days ..is that ok should i go for it? is there any risk if i try to save 40$ and select normal shipping, it will deliver in 20 to 30 days...but will the product be all good? i cant see options for insurance

why dont u look for a device locally. amazon will cost u an arm and a leg after shipping and custom clearence. which car u have btw?

Priority would just mean that you want your product to be delivered earlier. I selected priority too but i don't know why the pk custom guys had it stopped and i got it 20 days later :/. I had insurance so even if they did misplace my package, i'd get the money back. The product would be good though.Let's hope that pk custom guys don't mess with it when it reaches here. By seller i meant that is it some guy selling the products or you're just directly purchasing it by amazon ? I got a cell phone battery from amazon but it was delivered in the US. Their service was good, even asked for feedback later on.

Dear i have checked karachi gps market (lakhanismart.com), couldn't find any less then 40k or 45k and those for this price have the features of stone ages. but i read one of pw'ers thread about his device which he got through amazon (@autophile) for $160 including shipping that's why i wanted to give it a try. how much will be the custom, i assumed it wont be more than 2 to 3k. :S i just have two things in my mind
1. i just select the best deal in my budget
2. it should reach to me in working n all intact condition

i have bought a garmin nuvi 265 wt from amazon for 109 dollars. Made payment via credit card. Had it delivered to a relative in USA who was travelling to Pakistan. Paid 7 dollars for shipping within USA. I presume Amazon does not ship outside USA. If they do, it would be wonderful.

1) First of all, why don’t you buy the same item from aliexpress.com as I believe that all the items are manufactured in China.
2) You can look for a deal on Aliexpress which provides free shipment to Pakistan that’s how you will be able to save some one shipment charges.
3) Declare the item as a Gift item with low price of USD 40 only
4) Then get ready to pay round about 1000 to 3000 as custom charges once you will receive the item
5) Always select DHL or UPS for shipment.
