PKR is being deliberately depreciated and target USD to PKR interbank rate is Rs. 125 which will realize in next few months or so, current rate is about Rs. 116

That's more than 5% reduction of all the assets you currently have in PKR.

So even if you decide not to buy USD, don't hold your wealth in PKR unless invested in business which returns can outweigh PKR depreciation, buy some other currency, any currency with good outlook.

I was writing a long reply with stats and charts but I lost the post because of image upload error . So in summary I recommend this.

Buy USD, EUR, GOLD. Only long term, minimum 2 years. I am expecting 1 USD to 150+ PKR by 2020.
Don't invest in property, shortage of buyers at current price because of withholding tax and source of income proof. Also, property prices are at an all time high, so correction is possible.
Don't invest in stock market at this time, it will take a correction to 30,000 by next year.
