That’s cheap too. If you think your gearbox has issues too then buy a whole unit (complete engine + gearbox + ECU) which should cost your around 60K. Cause parts have become a lot expensive now

Hi Hamza, I have Steermatic. Its good in Drive, Smart car with alot of power, Can you suggest the AVG issue. i am getting 8 right now. Which include testing also lol . high and low pickup .

using 5w30 Oil PSO Carient
Change the Filters too
Change the Spark plugs too
Changed the Pads too
Will replace the Shocks Since they are Hard front and back and on higher Speed the Car grip was loosing.
Thoratel also Cleaned.
Injectors was left .

What you suggest, its Engine Changed Car but its Steermatic and new Engine installed 2 years back with same Specs. its 2007 Model, i bought last week. When i test Drive this car, i forget the Corolla 2015 model i have lol

Bro i have Same City 2007 Steermatic with SWAP Engine of same model L15. Without EGR one. i am getting 8 9 Avg max at the moment. How you suggest i can get 11 12 13 AVG as you mention ?

i bought this car 2 weeks back, its a Beat in Drive but can you suggest how to get max milage ?
1- I cleand the CAT
2- Thoratel Body
3- All lubed Changed
4- No error in Car ECU

Tyres are old need to replace them in coming months.

please suggest your experience. its L15 Engine with same L15 ECU in it . the seller changed the Engine in 2018 and Working Fine till now, using 5w30 Oil PSO Carient.

Are your injectors good? Does your exhaust tip has black soot in it?

If no, probably try fuel from another station. It’s been a year I sold my car but on a trip to ISB I clearly remember it did around 16.5kpl and in city driving in LHR 12~14.5 wasn’t a biggie

Bro i dont know if they are good or not because i just bought 2 weeks Back, the pickup is amazing like rocket After Changing the plugs. No lags Driving, The RPM shoots quickly , any suggestion how to Check the injectors if they are bad ? no Check Engine light yet.

Yes i changed the Pump filling from Another SHELL pump. i Poured 25 Liters again.
Note : last time when i poured 25 liter, the CAT was Choked. And i have Driven half of 25 liters in that Choked CAT and BAD Plugs. I changed the Plugs too.

Thats Amazing Avg you were getting from 1.5 CC engine :o

I did it after getting the car in hand on same Day both .

But the 2 tyres were punture and were making PSI less in tyres, Still one tyre is punture again will Resolve the issue.

Sure i will do it, today i left the car to Denter, he will Paint the Roof, as Roof Sides were Rusted little bit and Front screen was BRoken too , So tomorrow he will Paint the Roof and will install FUYAO screen and the will share the Logs to you.

Can you suggest any good App for Scanning the TORQUE PRO is not working any more.

Futher more i found a Video of a guy near Islambad , he is EFI Technician.

I saw he Adjusted the TRIM to 2.5 Injector By Moving the SCREW in the car which will give the best Results in Fuel AVG. What you say it ? let me show that Video Link

not sure about Exhaust Analyzer, Had the CAT Cleaned , plugs Changed, Put new AIR and Oil Filter, Changed the Oil to PSO 5w30 Fully Sytnethtic, Did Whell Allignment and Balancing.
Cleaned the thoratel Body as well.

Sure bro i wont touch that part. the Last plugs i took out was normal in condition, No Black nothing,

The Car Silencer tip is also not black but giving Water Droppings on higher RPMS

Bro you are Engineer. Changing Fuel Pump helps in Avg? and Cleaning Injector from machine ?

Last time i changed the Pump in Rolla, it help me getting avg of 12 then before it was below 10 to 9

Yes.
That depends. If fuel pump is bad, not supplying enough fuel pressure or a bad FPR.
And if injectors are bad fuel trims and injectors duty cycle will tell you that as well.
No need to change something. First diagnose the problem. Then change the part if needed. In these cars scanner shows everything.

OK Bro I will get the car tomorrow or max day after then i will attach the scanner and Show you all Readings.

One more thing When i give Full RPM to car the RPM Maximum goes to 5000 and after that it Start doing ghun ghun ghun like something is stopping it to go to 6 or 7 . What you think of this issue ?

my Coorlla goes to 6000 RPM
My city SX8 goes to full RPMS.
