Had an accident in the morning while coming back from office, I can't even move. There is so much pain in the muscles of thighs.

Sorry for your accident.

Try applying Voltral (By Novartis Pharma) over the affected area. I once fell from a tree and fractured by right foot. Very painful, but the doctors (in US) gave me Ibuprofen initially (3200mg/day) but it didn't help. I was then on Vicodin(Extremely potent pain killer, narcotic, but very bad side effects) I don't know if they offer narcotics in Pakistan that easily...but ask your doctor.

Other than that, 100Kgs, what is your height? If you are less that 6ft tall, then that is a lot of weight your bones are coping with. The pain you have is due to the fact that, your muscles are in a shock...they haven't been exposed to so much stress before..

Get in shape man, do jogging, weight lifting and above all, have a speedy and safe recovery!

you will have to run 12miles/hour to achieve that..

most treadmills have max speed of 12-14km/hr. And even that is extremely fast. So 12miles is almost 19km/hr and u can imagine how fast that wud be..lol

u can do 2-3 kms in 30 mins comfortably....for more than that, u have to be a properly trained athletic, to do everyday...

i used to do 1 mile in 6 minutes so according to conditions
40 mins will b taken for 6 miles if same speed continued

so u ran at around 8miles/hr ? thats around 12km/hr
still too fast.
i think u dont have proper idea how much 1 mile is.
its actually 1.609 km.
that is 1609meters.
which is 5277 ft !!!

1 foot is the same size as a size 12 foot. so if u are a avg sized person, ur shoe must be around 1ft. so every step u take must be around 3ft max (that is the maximum u cud do comfortably) when walking, and 4.5 while running...

so 1 mile should be around 1750 steps while walking with huge steps (3ft) and around 1200 steps while running with 4.5ft steps.

I hope now u understand a few things.

Now assuming, u can do 2 steps every second while running, u could do a mile in 10minutes.

Yes I took milk with haldi 2-3 times, sochna parta hai bhai kia karein Yes thanks to ALLAH I am fine, it could have been worst. You can imagine, my shoe's sole tore apart, had I been wearing sleepers, like I mostly do, my foot would have scratched on the road. Secondly, I was wearing helmet so the head got saved alhamdulillah, otherwise hit to the head was obvious.

Anyways, get a massage. Internal/muscular pains will not leave your body with just pain killers. Keep your thigh warm as the cold weather wont do good for it.

You won't see broken muscles in an X-Ray. In the morning, your body was warm and you only feel pain when the temperature decreases or becomes normal. That's why I've asked you to keep it warm. Massage it regularly and tie a warm bandage. It will take its time, but the intensity of pain will reduce...

In canada doctors suggest to keep ice on it for at least a week then keep it warm. Keeping it warm at this stage will increase inflammation as there are some little bit internal bleeding.
