the pain appears when body gets cold, when someone have accident he wont feel all the pains at the moment of accident as body temperature is hot, so its normal that you didn't felt it earlier.

And yes i also want to know like istafa, how was the lady, is she the reason of accident.

I didn't get to see the lady. I was in pain and people took me to the side. That woman ran away and some of the people followed her and called police asked me to take action against her, I said I don't want to take any action as I had to go hospital to get tetanus injection as soon as possible.

fill a tub/drum with very hot water and put some epsom salt in it - ask your medical store owner for some of it.

I know I am too heavy I joined gym few weeks ago when I was caught by flu, soar throat, cough and everything associated. I am fully determined to loose my weight, its around 97 kg before my mother left for dubai it was 107 kg. Getting all the shitty food from outside so I lost a lot of weight.

thanks ALLAH that you escaped it, i remember when i first had a bike accident, i got a fracture in my foot, and walked with STICKS in the house, and just couldn't go outside ,cried like hell coz i was forever alone:D friends had been studying for 2nd year exams ,but i made a pact, that i will not touch books before the removal of plaster..and thats why ended up in SSUET..

Yeah Alhamdulillah, luckily no car was coming from that end otherwise it would have worst or without it too. If I just look into details, everything I was wearing saved me from something big to happen and that too by the grace of ALLAH and prayers of my mother who is always worried about me.

get well soon buddy ....and 100 kg is too much man ... hit the gym as soon as u get healed ....quitting food intake won't help ....it will make the situation more worst ....now as u r on rest make a habit of eating clean and healthy unprocessed food and fruit with plenty of water ....

Yes I have to loose weight, every doctor and hakeem has asked me to reduce weight. A skin specialist and hakeem said to me, loose your weight and all your problems will be gone and they gaurantee that loosing weight is not easy but I have to do it. Thanks dude, yes I will follow a plan as soon as I get back to normal. In my experience I cannot walk regularly unless I have been working out in a gym for a few days to weeks. Although I find eliptical machine very effective that too without putting stress on my joints as my weight is too much.

Hope you recover soon - I had a similar accident on bike -I did not feel pain at that moment it was late night so i came home and slept but when I woke up the next day I was in so much discomfort due to leg and neck pain.

so u ran at around 8miles/hr ? thats around 12km/hr
still too fast.
i think u dont have proper idea how much 1 mile is.
its actually 1.609 km.
that is 1609meters.
which is 5277 ft !!!

1 foot is the same size as a size 12 foot. so if u are a avg sized person, ur shoe must be around 1ft. so every step u take must be around 3ft max (that is the maximum u cud do comfortably) when walking, and 4.5 while running...

so 1 mile should be around 1750 steps while walking with huge steps (3ft) and around 1200 steps while running with 4.5ft steps.

I hope now u understand a few things.

Now assuming, u can do 2 steps every second while running, u could do a mile in 10minutes.

good ...and u got it right weight training+eliptical machine for cardio is the best combo followed by good diet ...this damn seasonal virus has got me too ..... i m fed up of running eyes and nose ..damn ....karachi weather is too bad these days ....:S
