11.5 feet is 3505mm in length and 7 feet is 2133mm,

So in terms of length the Kei class cars are the only ones that will fit, that too barely because if you keep 2 inches gap (approx one thumb length) in front and the same at the back you will be left with about half a thumb space. better still of you can share the picture that will give better idea in terms of space and accecibility.
