I have bought a main accident Suzuki Mehran car, what to do now?

Don’t be sad , you always learn from experiences

I still remember we bought a White Suzuki Mehran 2005 model through some reference and by trusting him . ONLY to know after a few months that car was main accident with lots of BONDO on pillars and roof

What we did was to sale the vehicle at much lower price and then found a good car after a span of 3 months
Con was that we lost money while selling the car

Pros/ conclusion:
Never trust anyone
Check the car thoroughly
Gained experience in maintaining a vehicle
Expertise in recognising a car and much more

looking forwards, you can take it to good alignment shop to let them check the undercarriage or car and check if measurements are out of range or not.
if the wheels alignments and other measurements are accordingly to spec , then u have a car which is driving nicely and not jumping around ont the road.

if something found which is not normal, you can ask them about ways to fix that. Mehran is pretty simple car and most of things can be fixed easily without spending a fortune.

Next step is to let a good experienced bidy shop guy to check the body penals and other areas. let him find any issue and ask how fix it.

i think this will help u make a plan to get the car in reasonable shape.

remaining things are mechanical and electrical issue, related to engine and suspension etc.

such issues can happen to any car be it accidented or not, so i think its not related in this discussion.

Mehro is a gem, don't get dishearted. Even a dead elephant will cost a million. Mehro doesn't loose much on resale, trust me... If you are unhappy with it, You just need to rework it through an authorized denter amd painter who can remove the flaws professionally.

A lot of people think the “chassis” of the car are the two rails they see in the engine room and the two folded sheet metal channels they see under the car.

While forgetting the car is unibody, the pillars, roof and floor along with the aprons on sides of engine room are the chassis

So if Roof pillar is weak due to rust or roof is damaged due to rust so can we classify it under "Weak Chassis" or not?

Dont worry dear its a mehran. whole new car can be sorted with new parts (abundantly available) as long as u have the valid chassis number.

it can be fixed from scratch so no issues. dont worry. get it checked by a good mechanic and you can fix whatever is needed for fixing it.

Yes, damaged pillar units due to rust is a weak chassis vehicle and extremely dangerous.

The aprons on side of engine room are the heavy gauge metal that extends from the lower area all the way to the shock towers and front corners of car. (modern cars dont have the front pieces anymore though)

A good repair of structure components is invalid if the denter ustaad fires up his oxy acetylene torch to weld stuff.

yes u r right. but i am assuming that main structure is at its place. just need to bolt on new doors,fenders, bonnet, trunk, lights etc. usually all such things are easily available for mehran.
