Hi Guys,
I am facing 2 issues,
Issue Number 1
When I cold start the engine, it takes 10 to 15 mins to warm up to 74 degrees. Right after cruising, the temperature drops below 70, the rpm starts rising around 1200-1600, which shouldn't happen, like it shouldn't drop the temperature. I have checked the fan starts at 94, which ensures the temperature sensor is working fine.

Fixes

• changes the temperature sensor.
• Fan is starting at 94.
• changed the thermostat(Kabli) as well.

What could be the reason?

Issue No 2
Sometimes the accelerator pedal doesn't respond, and it gives P2121 TPS or app sensor, and sometimes there is no error, and the pedal won't respond, and when we restart the engine, it works fine, and it's kind of an intermittent issue.

Any thoughts and any guide would be helpful.

1- Does your car ever reach 94 deg? If yes under what circumstance? What you state is a classic symptom of thermostat open. Who buys a kabli thermostat anyways? Buy a new thermostat, test it before putting it in, and check after installation. Buy the correct temperature thermostat so that it opens at the specified temps.

2- Issue could be a bad TPS, bad wiring to the TPS, bad TPS grip, or issue with the ecu. Deal with it accordingly.
Get your wiring to the TPS checked. Check your throttle pedal sensor. Check your TPS grip. Check the actual TPS sensor, buy new (not kabli) if not working fine.If all else fails, get your ecu checked.

Yes, it does reach. sometimes. ii tries. new and kabli both. and test. it them before using. it. same issue. The 2gr-fse thermostat doesn't have a temperature on it.

Looks like a ecu issue or a paddle sensor problem.
Check the live values of paddle, is it working properly or not. Because 2grfse is fully equipped with sensors and tonnes of live data feeds. If from Islamabad you can come for checkup with me.
